Writes about effort, lactate, the day after hard work, and orgasm chemistry without turning any of it into a program.
Hard work has a chemistry. So does the hour after it, and so does the hour after orgasm. I write those events as having a direction. I do not write them as a plan a reader is meant to run.
Lactate is cargo
Lactate is a fuel in transit. Glycolysis makes pyruvate. When pyruvate arrives faster than mitochondria clear it, lactate dehydrogenase reduces it to lactate and reloads the carrier glycolysis needs. Oxygen can still be present. The level rises because the pathway is busy, not because the cell has filled with a toxin. The burn is real. The toxin story is not. Other fibers, the heart, and the liver can take that lactate up and use it. The shuttle is the subject. A flush is not, and neither is a rule about how sour a session ought to feel.
The next day is a different signal
The ache the morning after a long effort is not leftover lactate. Whatever the session produced is largely gone before breakfast. The late ache is a local note from tissue loaded in a way it was not ready for. People call the whole note inflammation and stop. The word is too wide. Soreness on the stairs the next day is not a fever, and it is not a fire that has lived in the blood for months. Repair is real. It is also local, late, and ordinary. Describing it does not require a protocol.
The hour after orgasm
Orgasm changes the next hour. Arousal often falls. Prolactin, from the anterior pituitary, often rises. Dopamine in the circuits of wanting belongs more to the approach than to the quiet that follows. The dopamine that holds prolactin back is a different pathway. Mixing the two turns the hour into a cartoon of a crash. Oxytocin can rise in the same window. Some people feel a drop in tension. Some feel flat, alert, or briefly low. The pattern has a direction. It does not have a guarantee, and it is not a treatment.
I will name the molecules and the hour they occupy. I will not turn that naming into a program. No sequence of efforts. No schedule of climax. No promise that a feeling proves the peptide. The chemistry runs in adults. It does not need a script from this page.
